Lean Season (weekdays of January, February, July to November)

• PHP 1,000/adult aged 13 and up
• PHP 500/kid aged 4-12

Peak Season (weekends of January, February, July to November, weekdays of March-June, December)

• PHP 1,400/adult aged 13 and up
• PHP 600/kid aged 4-12

High Season (weekends of March-June, December): 

• PHP 1,500/adult aged 13 and up
• PHP 700/kid aged 4-12

Holy Week & Year-End (Dec. 25-31)

• PHP 1,700/adult aged 13 and up
• PHP 800/kid aged 4-12

Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-In Time: 2PM
• In case there is no tenant before you, earliest allowable time of check-in is at 2PM. If earlier, PHP 1,000/hr will be charged.
• Check-Out Time: 11AM
• In case there is no tenant after you, latest allowable time of check-out is at 12NN. If extension will be availed, PHP 1,000/hr will be charged. 

• Terms of Payment: 50% down to reserve, 50% balance at least 1 day prior arrival via online transfer
• Modes of Payment: BDO, Unionbank, BPI Family, GCash, Maya

Restrictions:

• Smoking, charcoal grilling, and cooking of fried seafood are strictly NOT allowed.
• Pet Fee: PHP 500 + additional PHP 1,000 refundable security deposit
• Maximum of 1 pet only (small breed, should have diapers)

Cancellation Policy

• All deposits made are non-refundable.
• Rebooking will be allowed for cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior check in date, with charge amounting to PHP 2,500. If rebooking is due to typhoon signal or travel restrictions directly affecting Nasugbu, Batangas, no penalty will be charged. Otherwise, payment will automatically be forfeited.
