Check-In and Check-Out:
  • Check-In Time: 2PM
  • In case there is no tenant before you, earliest allowable time of check-in is at 2PM. If earlier, PHP 1,000/hr will be charged.
  • Check-Out Time: 12NN
  • In case there is no tenant after you, latest allowable time of check-out is at 12NN. If extension will be availed, PHP 1,000/hr will be charged.
  • Caretaker will assist with check-in and check-out. Kindly note that running of errands is no longer part of caretakers’ scope of service. Caretakers usually go home at 4PM. Kindly inform them of any concerns before 4PM. 
Important Notes:
  • Submit full names of all guests with brand, color and plate number of vehicles for authorization issuance.
  • Power and water interruptions are beyond our control. To stay updated with the latest power and/or water interruption advisories, kindly follow Batangas 1 Electric Cooperative Inc. and Nasugbu Water District on Facebook.

Advantages of Booking an Apartment Unit

1. Enjoy a fully airconditioned accommodation that comfortably sleeps a group of up to twenty two (22) people.

2. Cooking at the unit and grilling at the unit’s veranda are welcome. Cookware and dinnerware are available at the unit. No corkage for food, drinks and liquor. No food restrictions. For guests who prefer to eat prepared meals, guests may order via Foodpanda and have the rider deliver their food up to the entrance gate of Canyon Cove resort. There is a nearby wet market (Pamilihang Bayan ng Nasugbu) and supermarket (Waltermart) just a ten (10) minute drive away from the resort. 

3. Guests can enjoy watching Netflix or Youtube on the unit’s Android / Smart TV for all units except for A18-104.

4. Parking slots are located just in front of the apartment building for easy vehicle access. Kindly note that parking is on a first come, first served basis.

5. Check in time is at 2PM. Check out time is at 12NN. Total of 22 hours stay. No need to queue for check-in and check-out since there is an assigned caretaker for key turnover to assist upon arrival and departure. 

6. The beach is only about a 1-3 minute walk away from the unit. 

7. For A17-203 guests, enjoy the beachfront view and the sound of the waves while relaxing at the unit or while eating together at the unit’s dining area.  

8. I (Michelle Ly) constantly monitor my phone for updates and for answers and clarifications for guests’ questions and concerns. 

9. Available Modes of Payment include BPI, BDO, Unionbank, GCash or Maya.

10. Available Platforms for Booking include Facebook Messenger or Page, Viber or Whatsapp.

11. Mobile network signals are good for both Globe and Smart.
