Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-In Time: 3PM
• In case there is no tenant before you, earliest allowable time of check-in is at 3PM. If earlier, PHP 1,500/hr will be charged.
• Check-Out Time: 12NN
• In case there is no tenant after you, latest allowable time of check-out is at 12NN. If extension will be availed, PHP 1,500/hr will be charged.
• Caretaker will assist with check-in and check-out. Kindly note that running of errands is no longer part of caretakers’ scope of service. Caretakers usually go home at 4PM. Kindly inform them of any concerns before 4PM. 

• Modes of Payment: BDO, Unionbank, BPI, GCash, Maya
• Terms of Payment: 50% down to reserve, 50% balance at least 1 day prior arrival via online transfer

Restrictions:

• Smoking and party decorations are strictly NOT allowed.
• Pet Fee: PHP 500/pet
• Maximum of 2 pets only (small breed, should wear diaper)
• Noise Curfew: 1PM-3PM, 9PM-8AM
• Videoke not allowed
• For guests who wish to access hotel amenities such as the infinity pool, dive shop (to purchase watersports activities), hotel restaurant, shower room and locker room from 7AM-8PM, guests may purchase Canyon Cove day pass on Stardeals or Klook. 

Cancellation Policy:

• All deposits made are non-refundable.
• Rebooking will be allowed for cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior check in date. Otherwise, payment will automatically be forfeited.
