- Kitchen: 2 burner gas stove, ref, microwave, rice cooker, oven toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, complete dinnerware (plates, glasses, cups, spoon, fork), hot and cold water dispenser
- Veranda: 6-seater coffee table overlooking resort
- Parking Allocation (FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED): 2 cars (PHP 300/car will be charged in excess of 2 cars)

Rate per Night (VAT Exclusive):
- PHP 18,000 for 1-10 pax
- PHP 19,000 for 11 pax
- PHP 20,000 for 12 pax
- PHP 21,000 for 13 pax
- PHP 22,000 for 14 pax
- PHP 23,000 for 15 pax
Plus: PHP 2,000 refundable security bond for incidental damages and violation of rules
Inclusions:
- Apartment accommodation
- HA pool access from 7:30AM-9PM
- Beach access from 6AM-6PM
Check-In and Check-Out:
- Check-In Time: 2PM
- In case there is no tenant before you, earliest allowable time of check-in is at 2PM. If earlier, PHP 1,000/hr will be charged.
- Check-Out Time: 12NN
- In case there is no tenant after you, latest allowable time of check-out is at 12NN. If extension will be availed, PHP 1,000/hr will be charged.
- Caretaker will assist with check-in and check-out. Kindly note that running of errands is no longer part of caretakers’ scope of service. Caretakers usually go home at 4PM. Kindly inform them of any concerns before 4PM.
Mode and Terms of Payment:
- Modes of Payment: BDO, Unionbank, BPI, GCash, Maya
- Terms of Payment: 50% down to reserve, 50% balance at least 1 day prior arrival via online transfer
Important Notes:
- Submit full names of all guests with brand, color and plate number of vehicle upon settlement of down payment.
- Power and water interruptions are beyond our control. To stay updated with the latest power and/or water interruption advisories, kindly follow Batangas 1 Electric Cooperative Inc. and Nasugbu Water District on Facebook.
Restrictions:
- Pets, smoking and party decorations are strictly NOT allowed.
- Noise Curfew: 1PM-3PM, 9PM-8AM
- Videoke not allowed
- For guests who wish to access hotel amenities such as the infinity pool, dive shop (to purchase watersports activities), hotel restaurant, shower room and locker room, guests would be required to settle a PHP 1,000 per head daytour fee at the hotel
Cancellation Policy:
- All deposits made are non-refundable.
- Rebooking will be allowed for cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior check in date. Otherwise, payment will automatically be forfeited.
